> Go to dashboard 
>  click setting
> ckick on language and formatting 
 here opens a language and formatting page 

LANGUAGE:

> when you click on language setting you can see a list of different languages of the world from where you can select yours for example, if you select urdu language then you can write blogs in urdu ok that's clear 

ENABLE TRANSLITERATION:

> Through transliteration  option you can select any language e.g i choose urdu and select enable now i'm showing you how it exactly works

> when you click on transliteration tool that is Tx

and write like this 

as you can see i write pakistan then it type in urdu پاکستان 

اس طرح آپ بھی اردو میں یا کسی  بھی  دوسری  زبان  میں  اپنا  بلاگ لکھ  سکتے  ہیں 

you can also write your blogs n your own language 

FORMATTING:

Now we have to do formatting settings 

> in time zone select your country's time zone 

and set all the settings according to your interest and that's it you have done

After doing so we have to create a title for our blog that must reflect what we are going to make if you are going to write on vehicles, nature, animals, news, entertainment, recipes, any DIY tutorials,  whatever your intentions you can write upon your interest, experience behalf or you want to share your personal stories whatever it would be you can write but you must keep in mind that there wouldn't be a mixture of many articles there must b individuality in your blogs so after making a Title of your blog you have to make address of your blog that also called blog URL
